Once your Scotiabank Canadian Open Fastpitch Futures application has been accepted for the 2012 tournament, all tournament administration forms must be completed by May 31, 2012 for advance accreditation and other administrative purposes. THIS INCLUDES ALL PLAYER PROFILE INFORMATION, WHICH WILL BE USED IN THE 2012 SCOTIABANK CANADIAN OPEN FASTPITCH SHOWCASE UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE COACH SCOUTS MANUAL (Rosters are not official until handed in at the coaches' meeting. Futures GOLD coaches' meeting to be held on Sunday, July 1, 2012 and Futures SELECT on Friday, June 29, 2012).

The girls watched some exciting international ball and also competed against some great teams from all over Canada and the U.S. The girls have experienced some memories they will never forget. At the coaches meeting you stated that all teams would be treated the same and your word was held by all. My athletes were treated with the utmost respect and loved every minute of this tournament. I attended your tournament with my daughter and her team, and I just wanted to let you know that this was one of the best experiences she has had playing softball . What a great tournament!
