Participating Teams Now Posted!

The Scotiabank Canadian Open Fastpitch has now posted the 2012 Participating Women's International, Women's Elite and Futures Gold teams!

In our Women's International division, we will be hosting seven of the top International teams in the world, while the Women’s Elite Division will feature both National teams and International club teams competing for the top spot!

With only a few spots left in the Futures Gold division, we currently have teams hailing from four countries from around the world, including teams from four Canadian Provinces and six U.S states.

This year is looking to be our most competitive year to date, as all of the teams are vying for the top spot in their respective divisions in the Scotiabank Canadian Open Fastpitch International Championship. We are very excited to host what is sure to be an outstanding event this year!

We look forward to seeing all of these teams compete, as well as the many spectators they will bring to our event!

The girls watched some exciting international ball and also competed against some great teams from all over Canada and the U.S. The girls have experienced some memories they will never forget. At the coaches meeting you stated that all teams would be treated the same and your word was held by all. My athletes were treated with the utmost respect and loved every minute of this tournament. They rubbed elbows with Team Canada, USA, Australia, etc. and those athletes took pictures, high fived and just made it a wonderful experience for my girls. Thank you!

It was amazing how many parents (from all teams) said how excited their daughters were to participate as players in the event having spent so many years as spectators, volunteers, or bat girls. I attended your tournament with my daughter and her team, and I just wanted to let you know that this was one of the best experiences she has had playing softball . What a great tournament!
